Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories recently had a Pre-Approval Inspection (PAI) by the United States Food & Drug Administration (US FDA) at their biologics manufacturing facility located in Bachupally, Hyderabad. This inspection took place from September 4 to September 12, 2025. The company received a Form 483 with five observations, which they plan to address within the required timeline. This follows an earlier inspection and a disclosure made to the stock exchanges on October 12, 2023.
Engineers India – EIL has landed a contract worth Rs 618 crore to provide Project Management Consultancy (PMC) Services and Engineering Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) Services for a new fertilizer plant in Africa, which is expected to be completed in 24 months.
Apollo Hospital Enterprises – Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd (AHEL) has announced its plan to acquire a 31% stake held by the International Finance Corporation in Apollo Health and Lifestyle Limited (AHLL), a subsidiary of AHEL, for Rs 1,254 crore. After this transaction, AHLL will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of AHEL, with AHEL holding 99.42% and the remainder in the ESOP pool.

BHEL – Bharat Heavy Electricals has secured an order valued at Rs 22.87 crore from Indian Railways (South Western Railway) for the design, development, supply, installation, trial, and commissioning of Onboard KAVACH equipment in locomotives, as well as trackside KAVACH equipment at various locations, along with associated works.
Tega Industries – Tega Industries Ltd. has announced that its board has approved proposals to raise up to Rs 4,000 crore through equity and equity-linked instruments. The Kolkata-based company, which specializes in mining and material handling solutions, stated that the fundraising will occur in one or more tranches, depending on market conditions and business requirements.
