Quetta, Pakistan – A deadly suicide bombing at a political rally in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan province, has killed at least 14 people and injured over 40 others on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. The attack targeted supporters of the Balochistan National Party (BNP) who had gathered for a rally in the parking lot of a stadium.

A third attack in Balochistan, near the Iranian border, resulted in the deaths of five paramilitary personnel. The nature of this attack is still under investigation, and no group has claimed responsibility.
